Returns
Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date you received the item to return it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exemptions: Custom orders, including personalized or specialized illustrations, are exempt from being returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. We will notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The duration for the credit to appear in your account will depend on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange the item for the same product, send us an email at info@aviationillustrations.com and we will present instructions on a case by case basis. Exchanges are only applicable for products that are defective or damaged.
Damaged or Defective Items
